1) How long will the delivery take?

2) How much is the delivery charges?
Answer: For orders below SGD 75, a flat delivery fee of $6 applies. However, as part of our on-going promotion, orders above SGD 75 will enjoy complimentary domestic shipping. Take advantage of this offer and shop now!
3) Which delivery couriers do you use?
Answer: We primarily use Tracxlogis for our deliveries, ensuring reliable and timely shipping of your orders. However, we are always exploring better options to enhance our service and may switch to other couriers in the future based on availability and service quality.
4) How do I know if my order has been shipped ?
Answer: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (providing your email at checkout page is optional, but if you wish to receive the tracking link, please provide us your email during checkout). You can click the tracking link through the courier's site.
5) Can I change my order after it's been placed ?
Answer: Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed or shipped, but we will do our best to assist you.
6) Are your products authentic?
Answer: Absolutely! As authorised distributor, all our products are 100% authentic. We strongly advise against purchasing from unauthorized sellers, as we cannot guarantee the authenticity of their products.
7) Do you help with selection of products?

12) Returns & Refund
Answer: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the package has been dispatched. In the rare instance of an incorrect product being delivered, please contact our customer support team (hello@terminalsupply.cc) within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assess the situation and may provide a one-to-one exchange of the product or appropriate resolution.
